Are you seeking easy-to-implement social-emotional activities for primary-aged youth, whether in school or out-of-school settings? These SEL Activities may be small in size but deliver a significant impact.
Activity: In this activity, students consider all kinds of ways to be kind. The lesson centers around a fun alphabet book, K is for Kindness, that shows how kindness can take different forms—animals help, give, and show affection. The examples in the book serve as a starting point for students to discuss their experiences and reflect on the impact of being kind. At the end of the lesson, students design a page for a book!
